Are Ex Fonte Staff Qualified?

All staff working on AdWords campaigns for our client agencies have a minimum of Google AdWords fundamentals along with two specialist courses.  They have also had extensive training to build experience on multiple clients and across different industries.


Can I Outsource Client Services to Ex Fonte?

That's not something we offer right now.  We're firmly of the belief that the value we add is "behind the scenes".  Our goal is to free up your team to spend more time with clients and build better relationships.


Is There a Minimum Number of Hours?

We don't enforce a minimum number of client hours, although most agencies we work with tend to use us for over 10 hours per month.


Where are the Team Based?

All of our team are office based in Preston.


Can I Get a Report About What's Been Done?

Absolutely.  We're fully transparent in the work we do for our clients.  In addition to the tracked changes in AdWords, we provide you with a full breakdown of work that's been done on each account so you can report accurately to your clients.


Am I Tied Into A Contract?

We do offer contracts for long term work if that works better for you, but on the whole, our service is no contract - so you can dip in and out as required.


How Much Does it Cost?
