From our initial consultancy day, we provide you with a detailed report of our discussions and the recommended changes to your structure and approach.
This report forms the basis of an ongoing roadmap that we can support you in the delivery of with regular follow up meetings either taking place over a full day, or as soundboarding or as pint and plan sessions.
